Account information: name, email, phone number, business details, billing address. WhatsApp data: contact lists, message content, and metadata you send/receive through the platform, on your behalf and at your direction. Usage data: how you interact with the Service (features used, login times, device/browser information). Payment information: processed securely via our payment gateway partners (Razorpay/Stripe/PayU/PhonePe/PayPal); we do not store full card details.
- How We Use Your Information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process payments and send billing communications; to provide customer support; to send you product updates, unless you opt out; and to comply with legal obligations.
- How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform, AI providers such as OpenAI/Google, as applicable to features you use); law enforcement or regulators, where legally required; and a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.
- WhatsApp and Meta Data Sharing
Because AUTH AI integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, message data necessarily passes through Meta's infrastructure per Meta's own Business Data Processing Terms. - AI Feature Data Use
If you use AI-powered features (AI chatbot, AI content generation, AI image generation), relevant inputs (e.g., prompts, contact context) may be sent to our AI infrastructure providers to generate responses. This data is not currently used to train third-party AI models, and no opt-out mechanism is applicable at this time.
- Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; report suspected breaches to info@authai.space.
