Welcome to AUTH AI Space ("AUTH AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Authai, based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. By accessing or using our platform at authai.space (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
- Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Subscription Plans and Billing
AUTH AI offers Free, Basic, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans, with monthly and annual billing options, as described on our Pricing page. Prices shown are the final amount charged; GST is not currently applied to subscription fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; charges will be prorated as applicable.
- WhatsApp Messaging Costs
AUTH AI's subscription fee covers platform access only. Messages sent via WhatsApp (through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) are billed separately based on Meta's then-current rates, plus a disclosed wallet management fee of 10%. These rates are set by Meta, may change, and are billed per-message by category (marketing, utility, authentication). Current official rates are available directly from Meta at https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/pricing.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited spam or messages violating WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or Meta's Commerce Policy; send content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on others' intellectual property; attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement; or circumvent usage limits or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
- Feature Availability
Some features described on our website or within the app (including but not limited to AI-generated content, IVR/call automation, and invoicing) may be in active development. We will make reasonable efforts to clearly mark any feature that is in beta or limited availability.
- Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by AUTH AI Space or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own data (contacts, messages, content you upload).
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUTH AI Space shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or WhatsApp account suspension by Meta.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand having exclusive jurisdiction.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
